1 Course Enrollment & Admission Guidelines
Affix Computers Academy strives to maintain accessible, professional training across all our training centers in Delhi NCR. Enrollment procedures are subject to the following standard parameters:
Admission Confirmation:
Course admission is officially confirmed upon completion of the learner registration form, age/qualification verification, and settlement of the applicable enrollment or initial installment fee.
Batch Timings & Campus Transfers:
We offer flexible morning, afternoon, and evening training batches. Should a student require a transfer between our learning centers (Sadopur, Chhapraula, or Dadri) or request a batch timing adjustment, our counseling desk will accommodate the transfer subject to seat vacancy without unnecessary delay.
2 Tuition Fees, Installments & Cancellation Policy
Our financial policies are built upon transparency, affordability, and structured flexibility for learners and their families:
- Payment Flexibilities: Course tuition fees can be discharged either via complete one-time settlements (often eligible for academic fee discounts) or through structured monthly installment plans arranged during initial admission.
- Timely Installment Remittances: Monthly fees should ideally be cleared by the agreed scheduled dates to ensure uninterrupted access to practical computer lab seats and evaluation modules.
- Refund Parameters: Registration administrative charges and utilized training module fees are non-refundable once classes commence. In the rare instance of genuine emergency or unavoidable personal hardship prior to session commencement, fee adjustment or batch postponement requests are reviewed sympathetically by academy management.
3 Practical Lab Etiquette & Attendance Standards
Because Affix Computers Academy places primary importance on daily hands-on practice and software competence, adherence to classroom etiquette ensures a productive learning atmosphere for all students:
Daily Practical Lab Care & Equipment Protocols
Learners are provided access to high-speed training desktop machines preloaded with required applications (MS Office, Tally Prime, Development compilers, Accounting software). Students must utilize all IT equipment with care and avoid downloading unauthorized entertainment files or modifying system administrative configurations.
Attendance Standard: Maintaining regular attendance (minimum 80% completion of lectures and laboratory workflows) is strictly required to qualify for formal examinations and official recognized certificates.
4 Intellectual Property & Study Material Usage
All exclusive educational resources supplied to students—including syllabus documentation, project assignments, Tally practical workbooks, Excel analytical templates, code sample depositories, and printed textbooks—remain the exclusive intellectual property of Affix Computers Academy. These learning materials are formulated for individual personal advancement and may not be copied, broadcast, commercialized, or republished without written authorization from academy management.
